菸會傷「心」，民間團體建議漲菸價

菸會傷「心」，近一半的心臟病與腦中風是吸菸或二手菸引起，台灣醫界菸害防制聯盟與中華民國心臟學會今天發表菸害宣言，建議調高菸捐降低國內吸菸率，並建議設立柔性法規，限制有小孩同車時，不得在車中吸菸。
