中國人大代表：建議中國使用鞭刑

中國廣州公安局處長、同時也擔任全國人大代表的陳偉才，近日大聲呼籲，中國應仿新加坡實行「鞭刑」，認為這樣有「長期的震懾效果」，他將在今年的中國人大會與政協會上正式提案。

陳偉才在接受《南方都市報》專訪時表示，中國廣州目前刑事案件愈來愈多，必須「嚴刑峻罰」才能解決這個問題，「新加坡現在有鞭刑，我覺得這個鞭刑很好，讓鞭刑師鞭打受刑者的臀部」。中國許多網友也贊成他的說法，但「應該專打貪官污吏」。
