新北市交通局公布瑞芳區九份、金瓜石、水湳洞等地區2月10至17日（初一至初八），原則上每天上午10時至下午16時交管，但會視車流機動調整管制時段；管制範圍為瑞芳往金九、濱海公路往金九路段，未經核准通行的車輛往九份走102線，一律停放九號停車場再轉乘接駁車；往金瓜石走北34線限停放水湳洞停車場轉乘接駁車。
