新北市地政局公布今年1月房市交易案件量共計7766件，較去年12月增加4.8%，其中以林口區件數增加最多。林口、三峽因有新建案交屋，致成交件數較去年12月分別增加133件（26.1％）、122件（50.2％）；汐止、永和則在無新建案移轉支撐下，案件數量回歸正常水準，分別較12月減少199件（-28.4％）、95件（-24.9％）。
