台北車站救扁抗議　陳冲取消視察

即將卸任的行政院長陳冲，原訂下午2時到台北火車站視察，但因獲知有救扁人士在場，可能會引發衝突，突然取消行程。
 
救扁人士蔡丁貴等10多人，在1時55分左右與警方推擠，要求讓扁回家過年，警方數10位優勢警力阻擋，並兩度舉牌，蔡才改為「在台北火車站內散步」。
 
警方約在2時半左右漸漸把警力散去。
