兒童春節少打電玩 免增近視

春節長假還有3天，為避免孩子放假時窩在家中看電視、玩電腦等長時間近距離的用眼行為，影響孩童的視力，甚而加深近視度數，國民健康局今天呼籲家長應該把握放假時間，多帶孩子到戶外活動，可藉機增加親子感情與互動外，亦可達到護眼、舒壓的功效。
