宜蘭一名55歲劉姓男子和20歲鄭姓女子是情侶，去年6月到教堂做完禮拜後，邀22歲杜姓女教友到住處喝酒看A片，還隨劇情玩起3P，但杜女中途後悔拒玩，隔天到警所指控劉、鄭聯手性侵她。

宜蘭地院審理發現杜女拒玩時，劉、鄭2人即停止遊戲，且杜女事後還留下來洗澡、玩電腦，並一起到卡拉OK唱歌，認定當時這場3P遊戲是你情我願，昨判無罪。
