【鉅亨網記者尹慧中 台北】行政院長江宜樺邀集內閣討論短期刺激經濟方案；內閣研擬1年內對超過15年車齡汽機車汰換補貼，民眾新購汽車補貼3萬元，機車補貼4000元。在財源方面，空污基金本無法支應，且朝野立委批政策有偏好特定產業疑慮，若行政院將照案推出，周五證所稅檢討小組，將不會讓財政部版本照案通過。
