【鉅亨網記者陳慧琳 台北】今(2013)年1-4月的證交稅稅收創8年新低量，外界質疑是證所稅所害，財政部長張盛和今(13)日表示，不只因證所稅關係，過去4年也都是短徵。此外，為檢討證所稅立法院成立檢討小組，預計15日(周三)下午6時召開第一次會議。
