【鉅亨網記者陳慧琳 台北】菲律賓海巡隊員槍殺台灣廣大興28號漁民，台菲網路駭客更在網路上癱瘓網路開戰，日前總統府、經濟部等官方網站都遭駭客入侵，財政部長張盛和今(13)日表示，目前財政部網路報稅系統正常，近期會特別注意網路安全。
