〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕馬英九總統連任滿1週年，不滿意度高達7成。台聯黨主席黃昆輝今（20）日上午將在立法院群賢樓外，召開「全民罷免馬英九」大會，並由台聯3名立委在立法院啟動罷免提案連署。
