北韓扣留中國漁船　傳「索價」3百萬才放人

中國一艘漁船在本月5日於黃海海域進行捕魚作業時，遭到北韓公務船扣留，船上16人全部遭到拘捕。昨日傳出北韓曾向漁船東家「索價」60萬人民幣(約新台幣300萬元)，才會放人。而中國政府在昨晚表示，目前正與北韓政府協商中。

據中國媒體報導，昨日晚間中國駐北韓大使館已證實該消息，並指船東在事發後向政府求援，目前中方正與北韓方面協商中。
