〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕「我果然沒躲過這致災性大豪雨，褲管淹水災了！！」相信有不少台北地區的人，剛剛臉書上應該都在突然來襲的大雨洗版。沒錯，台北在今(20)日下午3時30分左右也下了一陣大雨，不少上班族被突如其來的雨勢，洗了一身。
