〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕台聯啟動「罷馬」行動，但民進黨主席蘇貞昌認為，「外侮當前，時機不宜！」台聯主席黃昆輝20日傍晚表示，他不了解何時才是好時機，勿放任馬英九總統利用菲國事件，做為無能的保護傘。
