〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕被氣象局視為今年梅雨季最強鋒面，從19日起正式挾帶暴雨侵台。總統馬英九也在臉書上提醒，「網友們：請永遠記住，臺灣的雨比風可怕，千萬不要低估了大雨可能造成的災害。」
