〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕yes123求職網進行「職場中年焦慮調查」，80.2%的上班族已經心知肚明的感受到的確有聘僱年齡天花板，另外，根據企業端的調查，聘雇員工的年齡上限，基層雇員34歲、中階主管44歲，高階主管落在49歲，顯示在職場上，不同職務在雇用時，確實存在年齡的天花板。
