【鉅亨網記者王以慧 台北】台灣央行今公布第1季國際收支綜合餘額順差21.5億美元，儘管經常帳順差110.9億美元，但金融帳淨流出95.2億美元，金融帳連11季淨流出，已創史上最差紀錄，累計金額達816億美元，約新台幣2.45兆元。
