〔記者鄧富珍／彰化報導〕中央氣象局持續發布豪雨特報，並將彰化縣列為豪雨警報地區，彰化縣政府水利資源處20日上午立即開設三級災害應變中心，為因應豪雨可能帶來淹水及土石流等災害，縣長卓伯源20日特別巡視水情中心之整備情形，並指示務必依標準程序操作抽水站，整備好抽水機等防汛資材，做好防汛整備，以減低淹水災情。
