〔記者孫偉倫／台北報導〕 總統馬英九今（20）日第二任任期就職滿週年，也是憲法規定立院可對總統提出罷免案的首日。台聯上午在立法院群賢樓外舉行「全民罷免馬英九」大會，列出馬英九政見跳票、傾中媚共、失業率攀升、物價飆漲等「十大罪狀」，正式宣告發動連署，在立法院提出罷免總統案。
