〔記者郭政隆／嘉義報導〕嘉義市位於興華中學對面之自來水公司嘉義給水廠，不但數百年歷史是著名的觀光景點，也是地方重要的水源地及淨水場，蘭陽地區從事水利人員29日為就制水門及抽水機設備的操作及維護管理創新，共150多人前往嘉義給水廠參觀，希望彼此交換意見及經驗分享，對極端氣候影響如何克服困難，完成順利供水。
