警員向逮過毒犯買毒　轉手販毒遭起訴

今年2月1日下午，桃園分局警備隊前任張姓警員(40歲，目前在勒戒中)，在桃園市國際路附近被檢警逮到他涉嫌販賣海洛因毒品給計程車司機。桃園地檢署今天偵結，依《毒品危害防制條例》等罪嫌將他起訴   

檢方追查出張男自去年起，即向昔日逮過的葉姓毒犯(39歲，在押)等3人購買毒品，再販賣給桃園地區的計程車司機和毒蟲等。
