〔記者鄧富珍／彰化報導〕彰化縣重大藝文建設、八卦山風景區入口的綠建築「彰化藝術中心新建工程」，10日舉行上樑典禮，由彰縣長卓伯源親自主持，設計及施工單位等與會人員，上樑儀式依傳統習俗辦理且備有豐盛祭品，虔誠上香，祈求工程能夠平安順遂，如期如質完工。
