〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕食品藥物管理局鄭重聲明，藥粧店藥師未親自執業，並由不具藥師身分店員賣藥，已分別違反藥事法及藥師法規定，分別處新台幣3至15萬罰鍰及新台幣6至30萬元罰鍰。
