〔記者曹逸雯／台北報導〕今年房市買氣一路由年初旺到年中，根據房仲業者統計，今年到5月底止，台北市買賣移轉件數累積達1萬6,679戶，其中，中山區以2,736戶穩坐成交王；而低總價、高機能的小宅產品已成為民眾購屋的主要選擇，也使中山區20坪以下產品的成交占比從2010年的28%增加到今年的51%，3年內成長了82%，幅度驚人。
