〔社會中心／綜合報導〕酒駕新法上路連續3天以來，警方全台嚴格取締，其中有高達76人拒絕酒測，部分民眾寧願支付拒酒測罰緩9萬元，也不願背負公共危險罪的前科。不過，有法界人士表示，依照道路交通管理處罰條例規定，汽車駕駛人肇事拒絕接受酒測者，警方可以強制驗血。
