〔記者曹逸雯／台北報導〕根據房仲業者所做的宅指數調查發現，有錢人即使在不景氣時，買屋置產的腳步也從未停止，其中，家庭月收入8萬元以上族群的購屋意願逆勢上揚，而月收入8萬元以下的購屋意願則呈現下跌，使得家庭月收入8萬元成了購屋進場意願消長的分水嶺。
