〔生活中心／綜合報導〕依照遠通電收與高公局簽訂合約，國道電子收費系統(ＥＴＣ)至本月底須達七成的年使用率，昨天遠通已完成全台319座收費門架，但未依約在九月底前完工，年使用率僅六成八，高公局擬在下月合併開罰逾四億元罰單。
