〔記者彭夢竺／台北報導〕雖然時序就要邁入7月盛夏期，不過天氣還是常無預警的的下起雨來，甚至馬上就是多颱風的日子，下起雨來總是讓人很狼狽，就算穿起雨衣、打起雨傘，大雨一來淋成落湯雞不說，包包也常濕答答，更不說有什麼造型可言了。就有業者針對夏季又晴又雨的天氣，設計了一系列的時尚配件，並鎖定平日通勤、假日單車、外出逛街等生活型態，展開盛夏對策。
