美國總統歐巴馬，從二十六號開始，展開他任內第二度的非洲行，預定走訪塞內加爾、南非與坦尚尼亞三國。歐巴馬表示，他此行最想見到的人，是南非前總統「曼德拉」；不過，由於曼德拉最近的病情，急劇惡化，恐怕隨時都有可能會牽動歐巴馬的行程。
