〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕針對台新金逼婚，希望能促成彰化銀行合併台新銀行一事，金管會副主委王儷玲2日強調，若合併案經董事會及股東會決議通過，並提出申請，金管會將從財務狀況、法律遵循、公司治理、健全發展等4要項進行評估，再決定是否批准合併。
