〔記者楊文琳／台中報導〕黑心食品讓人心驚驚，為了讓民眾吃到安心美食，去年轉業在大坑開餐廳的李沂蓁，在麻竹筍產季時特別將娘家爸媽栽種的麻竹筍，以及由中興大學老師輔導生產的安全高品質農產品，料理成鮮筍湯、筍仔粿、筍香元蹄等季節限定私房料理，讓大家遊大坑時可以吃到大坑正港尚青的麻竹筍。
