反性侵治療區 胡志強簽連署

（中央社記者陳靜萍台中3日電）法務部原擬在台中監獄外興建性侵害刑後強制治療專區。台中市長胡志強今天表示，必須獲當地民眾同意，中市才會發給執照。

台中市議員邱素貞在市議會質詢時指出，台中監獄附近包括嶺東科技大學、嶺東高中及春安國小有超過1萬5000名學生，法務部選在學校密集的地區規劃「性侵害刑後強制治療專區」，她以身為母親的立場，反對到底。

胡志強表示，當初法務部規劃各在北、中、南設立性侵害刑後強制治療中心，並非單獨在台中市設立，原有意規劃在台中監獄外，但在地方的強烈反對下，市府已取消執照。

邱素貞邀請胡志強簽署「反對在台中設置性侵害刑後防制治療專區」連署，確保周邊學子與婦女安全，台中市長胡志強也當場簽署，並強調法務部一定要取得當地民眾同意才能在台中興建性侵害刑後治療專區，否則衛生局不會發給執照。1020703
