【短片】大埔抗爭　政院當年同意建物原位置保留

【政治中心／台北報導】三年前爆發苗栗大埔農地徵收爭議，其中24戶堅持土地不應被強奪；當時行政院長吳敦義找大埔自救會成員會商得出折衷案，透過當時政院發言人江啟臣對外宣布：「房屋及基地的部分，是同意原位置保留，耕地農地部分是往集中來劃設。」

根據當時江啟臣的說法，建物原位置保留，並沒有什麼附帶條件或前提。
