〔記者孫偉倫／台北報導〕苗栗竹南大埔拆遷戶至行政院前紮營抗議，要求政院履行原屋保留承諾，重啟都市計畫審議程序。但苗栗縣長劉政鴻強調，已依行政院「劃地還農」政策辦理，因此將如期強制拆除。最新消息指出，警方可能在凌晨開始驅離政院前的拆遷戶與反迫遷團體。
