為促進外資投資台灣的證券市場，金管會9日宣布，將大幅放寬外資在台灣投資的相關規定。證券公會表示，這將有效降低企業來台發債成本，提升來台發債意願，將充實我國債券市場產品選擇性，同時更吸引外資參與我國債券市場，有效提升市場流動性，也讓投資者有更多商品選擇。 《詳全文...》
