【鉅亨網記者尹慧中 台北】國碩科技(2406-TW)今(9)日表示，為滿足高效矽晶片G3+客戶訂單需求申請台商回台投資申請、銀行聯貸案等資金將用於購置土地廠房及擴充產能；第一階段擴產目標今年底太陽能矽晶片產能拉升到600MW，成為台灣第二大太陽能矽晶片製造廠。明年2014年朝下一步目標1GW產能邁進與減少外購風險。
