〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕近日陸軍洪姓下士疑遭凌虐致死案，據報導有國防部陸軍官員表示將二六九旅前少尉呂姓醫官依過失致死罪嫌移送法辦。醫師潘建志今(14)日在臉書貼文說，火場中有人被燒死，縱火共犯被記懲處，卻把消防隊員法辦起訴，天底下有這麼離譜的事嗎？
