〔記者孫偉倫／台北報導〕由於洪仲丘枉死一案，國防部考慮取消禁閉室制度，李應元14日對此表示，重點不在廢除禁閉室，而是在懲罰前有無經過公平審判的程序。他強調唯有建立懲罰法庭，才能在制度中確保軍中人權。
