〔社會中心／基隆報導〕一名男子日前趁女友不在家時，邀請女同事到住家喝酒，不料幾杯黃湯下肚，男子竟趁女同事不勝酒力時，對她撫摸胸部和下體得逞。事後女同事告男子性侵，但法院審理後，認為女子當時並未酒醉，事後還傳簡訊問對方「你喜歡我嗎？為何對我做這種事？」認為此舉違反常理，判決男子無罪。
