　政府研議修正奢侈稅，有可能對買方課徵奢侈稅，甚至延長持有年限，鄉林集團董事長賴正鎰表示，此舉將對房市衝擊影響加倍，連累房地產上下游產業，數萬個家庭都會「沒頭路」。
