〔社會中心／綜合報導〕陸軍542旅義務役下士洪仲丘，在部隊疑似遭到不當管教，在3日不幸暴斃軍中。軍事法院日前先後收押副旅長何江忠、連長徐信正和上士范佐憲後，另外對洪仲丘不當體罰的中士班長陳毅勳，軍事法庭認為他對於洪仲丘遭受不當管教案也涉嫌重大，19日晚間將他聲請羈押。
