〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕外食的需求帶動便利超商鮮食的成長，近年來兩大超商都極力改變店型，增設座位區，吸引更多的消費者改到超商吃飯，全家便利商店統計，今年鮮食的成長目標是2成，上半年已提前達成，為了確保全年目標的達成，除推出丼飯系列搶攻主食市場，預計到今年底前，店面座位將增達3萬個，希望進一步推升鮮食的成長潛力。
