〔記者陳思豪／台北報導〕苗栗縣政府24日到立院促銷水果，原先反大埔拆遷的民眾準備到場向縣長劉政鴻嗆聲，沒想到劉未如預期現身，讓抗議民眾全部撲空。事後劉政鴻出現在立院理髮廳，盡管他強調自己上午另有行程，但對大埔案依舊態度不變，強調自己雖無可奈何，但問心無愧。
