〔記者陳鈞凱／台北報導〕陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，因為台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲受訪時表示，洪仲丘的肺水腫是「在死人身上裝葉克膜的併發症」，意外引爆台大醫院和三軍總醫院兩個醫學中心之間的「葉克膜」論戰。三軍總醫院副院長、中暑防治中心主任朱柏齡今（25）天召開記者會澄清，指「當時若不裝葉克膜，洪仲丘會死的更快」。
