〔社會中心／宜蘭報導〕我國蘇澳籍遠洋漁船「特宏興368號」，船長陳德生和輪機長何昌琳2人，疑遭到9名印尼籍漁工殺害。這9名漁工被捕之後，仍對於2人的去向和死活仍堅不吐實，海巡人員除了將對他們隔離偵訊釐清案情外，陳德生的長女陳沛融，召開記者會要求不得將這9人遣返，並且要求從重量刑，得嚴懲這些凶手。
