〔實習記者金立蓉／綜合報導〕美國紐約的大杯含糖飲料禁售令，如今又回到原點。紐約州二級上訴法院30日裁定，市府禁止餐廳與飲食店販售16盎司(約473cc)大杯含糖飲料的規定，違反紐約州三權分立原則，所以駁回禁令。
