〔實習記者游雅嵐／綜合報導〕近日北韓出現特大洪澇災害，嚴重衝擊當地糧食及用水供應。國際紅十字會與紅新月會國際聯合會（IFRC）今日（1日）指出，災害將危及北韓糧食安全。但南韓專家認為，影響不大。
