〔記者黃玿琮／台中報導〕台電大甲溪發電廠谷關分廠所在地、和平區博愛里，陳姓里民於今年四月因肝硬化合併食道靜脈曲張出血住院治療，現出院療養中，陳女因身體狀況不佳，無法外出工作，與先生離異多年，家庭無收入，生活陷入困境。台電大甲溪發電廠義伸援手，致贈急難救助金。
