【張沛森／桃園報導】何江忠庭訊至今晨二時四十分許，由在外守候的友人駕車進入軍高院，約三時十分許把他接走，在軍院門口遇到蜂湧而上的媒體，車輛一度動彈不得；折騰了五分鐘始順利驅車離去，而一直陪他出庭的妻子則獨自步行走出軍院，未發一語；何江忠預定今天上午十點半再回到軍高院聽取法官裁定結果
