【陳啟眀／桃園機場報導】菲律賓馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處（MECO）理事主席培瑞茲，今天以菲國總統特使身分搭機來台，上午10時許抵達桃園機場後，面對媒體詢問不發一語，隨即驅車前往高鐵桃園站搭車南下，一行人將前往屏東洪家，將向洪家「正式道歉」。
